Chocolate Pudding filled Chocolate Cupcake with Chocolate Fudge Icing
*I substituted Hershey’s Special Dark coco powder instead of the regular kind, as well as skim milk instead of whole milk.
I had SO much fun making these cupcakes and enjoyed getting a glimpse of what the incredibly talented bakers attempt throughout Cupcake Wars. Not only were they fairly easy, but DELICIOUS! The only downside was they were incredibly messy! Worried that the cupcakes would be too chocolate-y, I was hesitant as my family began to eat them. After trying them myself, we all agreed….PERFECTION! 😀
